The election will be held at the annual general meeting (AGM) at our
conference in Lisbon on 12th May 2010 and the elected candidates will
take up their positions immediately from that date. Ideally the
candidates should attend the Lisbon conference – but this is not a
strict requirement. If you are elected, you will be invited to attend
the EC meeting in Lisbon on the afternoons of 13th and 14th of May.
This year there will be a prize draw for all members who attend the
AGM: the lucky winner will receive a 100€ Amazon voucher. So we’re
hoping to have a good turn out! In addition to the EC elections and the
usual AGM agenda items (President’s report, Treasurer’s report etc.),
if any member wishes to raise any other topic for discussion at the
AGM, they should inform head office by 12th March at the latest for
inclusion in the AGM agenda.
