The Write Stuff (TWS) is a quarterly journal that acts as an organ for the medical writing community in Europe. The journal publishes research and opinion pieces from a wide range of expert authors on topics relevant to the practice of the medical writing profession and informs about guidelines and best practice. It aims to educate, inform and entertain medical writers.
With an average of 70 pages per issue the journal provides
* A platform for thought-leader articles on research and topics related to medical writing
* A forum for discussion
* A resource for information relevant to the practice of the medical writing profession
* An avenue for EMWA members to keep abreast of EMWA's activities and upcoming events
Each issue has a theme.
In 2010, the themes were: Authors and Authorship, Business, Manuscript writing and A Feminine workforce.

The journal has been established for more than 10 years. It is published in a print and online format. EMWA members receive the print version as a benefit of membership and can gain access to each issue before print, as well as gain access to the complete electronic archive of past issues of the journal, by logging into the members-only section of this archive.
